新的 VSOP2013 出來了。

只 cache 到這句:
of the JPL DE403 (Standish et al. 1995). This solution was 10 to 100 times more precise than VSOP82 and VSOP87.

VSOP2013_binfile.f 和 VSOP2013_compute.f 是关的 fortran 程序文件
